the monthly transforemr preventive maintenance
check all gauges and bushing.
check for leak from all parts of the unit ( tank valves cooler ).
check protection alarm for proper alarm.
check ( pressure/vacuum ) gauge with manufacturer's recommendation.
check breathers ( make sure that they are free of moisture ).
